The ratio for a crepe is: 2:2:1 milk, egg, flour by weight.
2 units egg
2 units milk
1 units flour
0.05 unit baking powder
0.05 unit oil
salt

Now for a few experiments.

Almond Keto crepes:
This has a savoury taste in my opinion.
2 units egg
2 units milk
flour:
1 almond flour
0.2 gluten
0.5 milk powder
0.05 baking powder

Coconut keto crepes:
Don't try this one, it's not working out yet...

This has a sweet taste due to the coconut. Keep the temperature low, it burns quickly.
When pouring the coconut mix into the pan, keep the pan level and use a utensil to smooth the dough.
2 units egg
8 units milk
1 unit coconut flour
0.2 unit gluten
0.05 unit baking powder
